Kent flops onto his bed in his sister's tiny office-slash-guest room and pulls out his phone, his fingers bringing him to Whiskey’s Instagram seemingly of their own accord. Unsurprisingly, there are no updates, and his tags are the usual stale mix of photos from the Leafs’ official account and pictures from random fans trying to get Whiskey’s attention.
Kent growls at himself. This is his fucking vacation, and he is not going to spend the entire time moping and hanging out with his sister.
He exits Instagram and pulls up Grindr, instead.
It only takes a couple minutes of scrolling before his thumb screeches to a halt. The photo is just a faceless torso, but he’d recognize his own tattoo work anywhere. A compass, half of it dissolving into dust. A little less detailed than usual so that it could be finished in a couple of hours.
C, 24. 4.2 miles away.
