Fandoms: Bandom: MCR is the band of my soul and the one I'm the most confident podficcing. Aside from Waycest, GSF, and het ships (other than Frank/Jamia), I'm totes down for most ship combos. ESPECIALLY if they are Ray-centric. I don't mind pairing the MCR guys with people from other bands. If in doubt, ask. :)
MCU: I'm #TeamCap all the way (would love to collaborate with someone who likes Sam/Bucky as much as I do!) Sam/Steve's cool as heck and, yes, I'm also game for Steve/Bucky (though I'd prefer to get matched on the first ships.) Funnily enough, I'm v. meh about Steve/Bucky/Sam. For the rest of MCU (including Netflix shows), I'm all about the MCU ladies (AoS and GotG are not my cuppa, though, so I'm not your gal for fanworks for those fandoms).

Additional Comments: I've got some hard squicks that are non-negotiable: incest, pedo, non-con, deathfic, sad/hopeless endings, bestiality, knotting, Rule 63, zombies, and cheatingfic.
That said, I'm quite flexible as far as coming up with all kinds of ideas and working on something that will be awesomecakes. Porny fanworks are fine. M/M is my fave, but I also dig some F/F and gen. Het's a bit tricky for me.
My forte are crackfic, AUs, domestic (curtains) fic and fluff. :D!

Additional Comments: I really like female-centric works. Angst and hurt/comfort is my crack, but I'm open to all sorts of genres. I also love OT3s and found families and that sort of stuff.
In terms of timelines, I will be out of the country from June 17-24 (I'm taking my laptop but there is only wifi in the hotel rooms so not sure how much I'll actually be around.)

As much as possible, so yeah, I'd say 5 or 4 would be ideal; I can write by myself any time I like, these things I do for the team work and collaborative effort. That said, if all my partner wants is to talk ideas at the start and compare notes when we're finished, that's okay too, it just all needs to be talked about first so no one has conflicting expectations. What level is that? 3? 2? So that would do, too. I'm easy, is what I'm saying. XD
Additional Comments: I will admit I'm not a regular connoisseur of podfic, so I'll totally go with my partner(s) there, but that also means I can't give too much input in that regard apart from "I like this" or "that's cool". That said, I've experimented for this challenge before and my writing style is somewhat flexible with the right idea, soooooooo, I'm game to play around a little and adjust my contribution as a writer to what best fits the ideas of my podficcer.

I would like to avoid certain squicks such as major character death, suicide, infidelity, etc. I'd prefer something with a happy ending, humor or romance or family feels. Explicit sexual content is fine, but I steer clear of explicit violence and gore.

A 3, I guess? I would generally leave the writing process alone, but I would like the ability to veto anything that seriously squicked me out. I would also potentially want to suggest certain lines be re-written to be easier to podfic.
As for interaction during the podficcing, I have not in the past had good luck with making re-records fit in naturally with the original recording. Unless my first take completely changed the meaning of a line, I probably won't want to re-record. I would do my best to accommodate requests from the author as to how I should act out a certain scene or character, but I can't do accents or anything, so generally they're going to get whatever they get.

Hockey RPF - Blackhawks, Pens, Stars, honestly just about any pairing I would be willing to give a shot. I love almost all of the most popular pairings and have read a ton of fantastic rare-pairs.
Check, Please! - Anything and everything. I love every character. I'm into mostly canon pairings here. Ransom/Holster is a favorite.
Glee - I'm in it for Kurt/Blaine and nothing else.
Due South - I'm a Benton/Ray K kind of person.
MCU - Steve/Tony and Phil/Clint are my favorites but I'd consider anything in MCU, I enjoy it all.
Bandom - FOB, P!atD, MCR, that whole era is my jam. I spent years reading these guys and love them all.
Leverage - Love the series, would probably read just about anything happy.

Communication seems like the best way for us to create something everyone involved is proud of at the end, but I'm also not always the best at talking to new people. I promise to try my best and that's usually pretty good.
Additional Comments: I love fluff and tropes and happiness. I'm happy to deal with angst and such as long as it ends happily. I avoid things that contain violence warnings.
I'd probably not want to get into anything much more than 10k but for the right project I'd definitely be happy to consider it.

I always appreciate staying in touch, especially where collaborative projects are concerned.
Additional Comments: I’m brand-new to this community (having been alerted to its existence by akadriver), and to Dreamwidth in general, and very eager to get involved! Bear with me as I learn the ropes, but hopefully I’ll get the hang of things quickly—and of course feel free to correct me if I get the wrong end of the stick on something (not to mix metaphors).
As far as my fic writing/reading/listening preferences go: I’m open to both shipping-oriented fic and gen fic (whether character exploration, plot-based fic, worldbuilding, crossover, or something more experimental). I tend to lean more towards lighthearted fic than the darker stuff (though I wouldn’t necessarily rule out either angst or smut out of hand, for the record).

Fandoms: I'm sadly monofannish right now in the area of Captain America, sometimes larger MCU fandom. I'm particularly focused on Steve/Bucky, but I've also written Steve/Sam, and Steve/Peggy as ships. I don't have to focus on romantic relationships though--I love friendships and found families just as much, and I'm especially fond of a recovering Bucky having friendships with other characters outside of Steve, such as Sam or Clint or Pepper Potts. (I even had an idea that partially prompted me to sign up that could be fun, with Steve and Bucky and Sam plus other characters.)
