The deadline for fic is here! To submit your fic, just upload it to our AO3 Collection. Everyone should have an account by now and be a member of the collection. Fics will show up as unrevealed (ie. hidden to the public), so you'll still be able to make adjustments between the due date and the final reveal. Don't worry about your fic being 100% finished and polished—as long as you submit a draft that your partner can start to work with. So long as you get that draft in while it's still Saturday somewhere in the world, you're good re: the deadline.

Also, please remember that the author and podficcer(s) should be listed as co-author(s) so all group members can edit the post (to add the podfic in later, to add notes, etc.). Also, since the work will be unrevealed, the only way your partner(s) will be able to see the work is if they're also listed as an author.

If you're going to have trouble meeting your deadline, please let us know ASAP through the check-in post, a comment here, or email (pod.together at gmail dot com). We're happy to work out extensions for those who need them, so if you need a little more time, don't panic!

The comments of this post will be unscreened, so you can use them to celebrate, commiserate with, and encourage each other through this deadline

*raises hand, shuffles feet* Would it be possible for me to have an extension until Tuesday? I'm actually pretty much done, but I have totally failed to give myself any time to do the posting part this weekend, and the end of my fic could really do with an edit too. The other members of my team are up to date on my progress and have access to the fic.

Ohhhhh, is each member of your group writing a separate story? Can you let me know the author/podficcer configurations so I can correct my spreadsheet? I had interpreted the sign-up as co-writing and then co-recording one story!

And yes, if your other group members have access to the fic, you may have until Tuesday.
