Podfic Deadline Checklist

The early podfic deadline is coming up in two days, and the regular podfic deadline is a few days after that, on August 21st! August 21st is also the deadline for writing to be posted to the AO3 collection. Here is a checklist of everything you need when turning your project in!

If the text and podfic are in a single post:

1. Create an AO3 post with every group member added as a co-author
2. Include a download link for the podfic at the top of the post
3. Include a streaming link for the podfic (either embedded streaming, or a link to where people can click to stream the podfic)
4. Publish the post to the pod_together 2022 collection (don't just save it as a draft)
5. Contact the mods to let us know you're finished!

If the text and podfic are in separate posts

1. Create an AO3 post for the text that links to the podfic at the TOP of the post
2. Create an AO3 post for the podfic that links to the text at the TOP of the post
3. In the podfic post, include a download link for the podfic
4. In the podfic post, include a streaming link for the podfic (either embedded streaming, or a link to where people can click to stream the podfic)
5. Publish both posts to the pod_together 2022 collection (don't just save them as a drafts)
6. Contact the mods to let us know you're finished!
